Purchase and use terms
The rules governing orders, payment, electronic delivery and internal use of ProjectDocs packages.
Seller and enquiries
The seller of the engineering products is ALMECO LLP, BIN 100240016271. Address: 56 Abylai Khan Avenue, Office 34, Almaty, Kazakhstan. Orders, complaints and requests for repeat delivery are accepted at askar.aisautov@almeco.kz and by telephone at +7 707 610 91 20. Full banking and contractual details are provided in the order documents.
Nature of the product
ProjectDocs offers electronic materials for organising construction and project documentation. The commercial version is supplied in the language selected on this page and confirmed in the order. The packages are not official editions of technical standards or regulations and do not replace the design, expert review, a certified specialist, a laboratory, technical supervision or designer supervision, an occupational health and safety function, or any mandatory permit or approval.
Order, payment and delivery
The contents, formats, language and price of each package are published on its product page. The buyer identifies the selected package, delivery language and the details required for an invoice or payment instructions. After cleared payment, ALMECO delivers a personalised copy electronically to the specified email address. Unless the order documents state otherwise, the download link remains valid for 14 calendar days; the buyer is responsible for downloading the files promptly and keeping a backup copy.
Standard licence
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the licence applies to one licensee — an LLP, sole proprietor or individual — and one named project. The licensee's employees may use the materials within the project team. One internal backup copy is permitted. Source files may not be resold, published, supplied to third parties for independent use or stripped of rights-holder notices. Corporate and multi-project use is licensed separately. Acceptance of the applicable licence is recorded in the order documents.
Rights, sources and adaptation
ALMECO-authored instructions, navigation, structure and registers are distinguished from official forms and other materials over which ALMECO claims no exclusive rights. Copies of SN, SP, ST RK, GOST, ISO and other technical standards or regulations are not included without confirmed distribution rights; links to official sources are provided instead. The buyer is responsible for checking and adapting the materials to the contract, facility, design documentation and requirements in force on the date of use. Free adaptation and consulting support are not included in the standard price.
Cancellation, repeat links and defects
Before the digital files are delivered, an order may be cancelled by mutual agreement. After delivery, refund matters are governed by applicable law and the documents for the specific order. If an archive is incomplete, corrupted or does not match the published contents of the purchased product, the buyer should provide a description of the defect. ALMECO will review the request and provide corrected files or another remedy required by law. The procedure and time limit for a replacement link are stated in the order documents.
Contact data
The ProjectDocs order form does not submit or store the information entered into it; it composes a message on the user's device. Data is transferred to ALMECO only when the user sends it independently by email or WhatsApp and is used to process the relevant enquiry.
Cookieless analytics
The site uses Google Analytics in a mode that does not write analytics or advertising cookies, to assess traffic, referral sources and advertising effectiveness. Only limited technical measurement signals and safe product/action events are sent to Google. Names, company details, business or personal identification numbers, project details, email addresses, telephone numbers and all other order-form values are not sent to Google.
